Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States and to most international destinations (subject to carrier restrictions and local import rules).

Processing time

Orders are packed at our fulfillment center located in the United States and typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Pre-order items will note their own timelines on the product page.

Shipping methods & estimated transit

  • US Economy: 3-8 business days
  • US Expedited: 1-2 business days
  • Economy (Canada): 8-14 business days
  • International Economy: 8-14 business days (customs may add time)

Estimates begin once your package is scanned by the carrier. Delivery dates aren’t guaranteed and can shift due to weather, volume, or customs.

Rates

Prices for domestic shipping within the United States and shipping to Canada are listed during check out. International shipping rates (excluding Canada) are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Duties, taxes & import fees (International)

International orders ship DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place/Unpaid Duties). Any duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are paid by the customer to the carrier or local customs at delivery. 

Tracking your order

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way. Before contacting support, please check your tracking for the latest updates.

Address changes & delivery issues

  • We can’t edit addresses once an order is fulfilled. If you spot a mistake, email us ASAP with your order number.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/front desk, then contact support.

  • If there’s no movement on tracking for 3+ business days (US) or 7+ business days (International), email us and we’ll step in with the carrier.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

If your order arrives damaged, email support@fuzzboyoriginals.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item, box, and label. Theft after delivery is outside our control, but we’ll do what we can to help you file a claim.

Partial shipments

To get you your items faster, we may ship orders in multiple packages. You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment if this is the case.

PO boxes & military addresses

Most items can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via economy methods; expedited options may not be available for these addresses.
